This charming single family home in Newton was in excellent condition but was missing something special. We did a small renovation project on the back of the home and added a new unique, large back deck, and new sunroom that extended the living space of the existing living room. After a few quick design meetings, this project was completed in record time and met all the minimum requirements needed by the City of Newton permitting procedures.
