Planning & Design
Studio 1609 can offer you a variety of planning and design services to help you visualize your projects in a new way. These services include programming, 3D Modeling in Revit, realistic renderings and visualization packages, concept and design development packages, and pricing sets for contractors.
Architectural Permitting
We provide a series of architectural design services including permitting for residential, healthcare, and small commercial projects. We can help you navigate challenging permit requirements including ZBA hearings and special permits.
Education
Let us help you achieve your education goals. Studio 1609 offers private and group education for the LEED GA Exam, LEED BD+C Exam, as well as the WELL AP Exam.
